Points Earned on your Account Summary page reflect travel activity through 11/30/2016

You can check the travel activity on your account by clicking on Flights on the Account Summary page for the quarter that covers your travel date. Credit cannot be granted for flights taken prior to enrollment in the Business Extra program.

Use this form to request credit for flights:

Flown within the last 12 months and Issued on 001 (AA) ticket stock and flown on American Airlines, American Eagle®or codeshare flights (AA*) operated by British Airways, Iberia, Japan Airlines, Qantas Airways or FinnAir.

You may also request credit for tickets issued on or after May 20, 2015 for flights on British Airways 125 (BA) ticket stock and Iberia 075 (IB) ticket stock.

Do you have a large quantity of tickets you wish to submit? Please use this Excel spreadsheet template and email your point request to our Customer Service (Business.Extra@aa.com) team for processing.
